Snow Day in Lexington KY

Lexington, KY was hit with super cold temperatures (teens as the high and single digits overnight) and snow! The children of Fayette County schools (Lexington) and all the surrounding counties are enjoying a snow day. I have a feeling not many of those children are out playing in the snow today. I was out for just a few short minutes to snap these pictures and it sure is brutal. I bet the kids are staying inside today and catching up on school homework *smiles*! If you are out on the roads today, be careful as black ice may be present. And make sure to check on the elderly and pets often.

Today is not a snow day for my real estate business. Even though I will not be showing homes, there is a great deal of real estate on the agenda. Later today, I will be using Skype to visit with some clients in sunny California to discuss the Lexington KY real estate market. In addition, like everyday, I will be around to answer all of your questions via email or by phone. Give me a call today and we can discuss the local housing market and how we can go about finding your dream home or selling your home. Stay warm today!

Lexington KY is always #1 in my book! Whether you want to buy a downtown condo, a custom walkout ranch on a golf course, or a horse farm in the country, I can help find the perfect home for you – as well as help you sell your home. In addition to Lexington Real Estate, I specialize in the nearby towns of Paris, Midway, Georgetown, and Versailles.
