Lexington KY New Construction Market & Keeping Tabs on Your New Home Build

 Hey everybody, Kim Soper. It's hot today. It's 91 degrees and I'm in a house. There's no air condition yet. It's under construction. This is being built for some of my clients. It's a beautiful ranch floorplan that is under construction in the Sanders Garden Neighborhood. I'm so excited to be here and just take some pictures and videos and be able to send this back to my clients who are out of town. It's always important to keep tabs on your new construction projects. So that's why I always try to come out here every week, week and a half and just see the progress that's being made and send some pictures back to my clients. Number one, just to check the functionality and the structural integrity and make sure that we're okay with that, but also send them back some pictures for their future scrapbook.

Because when you're building a house, it's so neat to print out all those pictures or just save them in a file on your computer and be able to go back and look, look at them years later.
