Yesterday was bittersweet! My seller in West Wind neighborhood in Lexington KY and I closed on selling their out-of-a-magazine home located at 2444 Franks Way Lexington KY.  It was sad because I had enjoyed working with them so much and really had a total blast! We put their home on the market at the beginning of November and just 2 days before Christmas, we had a buyer bringing us a purchase contract! Goes to show that homes do sell during the holidays.
