This weekend the most prestigious cheerleading squad in the land, the University of Kentucky cheerleaders will work their magic at the Universal Cheerleaders Association competition in Orlando, Florida as they will compete for an unprecedented 18th national championship.

The squared is often featured on national TV and newspapers across the county. The squad has performed live on the Today Show and been featured on the CBS Evening News, the CBS Morning Show, ESPN and has been seen in GQ, Seventeen and many more.

The Kentucky squad has won the Universal Cheerleaders Association National College Cheerleading Championship an unprecedented seventeen times, in 1985, 1987, 1988, 1992, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009 - more than any other Division 1A school.
