How Many Homes Should I Expect to See in a Day?

This comes down to your schedule and time frame. Sometimes, but not necessarily recommended - my clients and I see many homes in a single day because they are on a super tight time frame, such as having to purchase that day (maybe they flew in for one day to look & buy).

In a normal setting, seeing 5 or 6 homes in a day is ideal. I personally feel that viewing more homes in a single day becomes overwhelming and homes start to blend together. You may be the best note taker in the world, but after 6 homes everything looks the same o' same. Staying fresh and alert is important so we catch all the details of a home.
