Now I know why they call them BLUE prints! Meet one of my sellers. Sold her house in 2 days. She is now packing up and told me to come over as she had something to show me. It's the real deal blueprints when she built her home 50 yrs ago!! Blueprints today are always on white paper. Today was the 1st time I've ever seen them on actual blue paper.
