2022 Greetings from Lexington, KY And The Upcoming Real Estate Market

Hello and Greetings from beautiful Lexington, KY! It’s a new year and 2022 is already in full swing with life and real estate. My phone has already been ringing off the hook this year. Today, I had a call from New Jersey and Portland, Oregon. Both calls were folks interested in moving to Lexington. From New York, Boston, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada and California, it sure has been a busy last few months as we are seeing more and more buyers heading this way to Kentucky as they are looking for a change a pace. Not to mention, Lexington has been on the map for a long time as one of the best cities to raise a family, start a business and to retire. I am always excited to introduce folks and welcome them to my hometown here in Lexington. Here is a video I shot on one of our last warm days in late December of 2021. This video always makes me smile and appreciate the pace of life here in Kentucky. Love that we can so easily embrace animals and nature but yet be close to the big city feel and all the amenities.
