Happy 2013 From My Family to Yours!

I hope 2013 is off to a great start for you and your family. Things have been extremely busy with real estate! So many great deals out there for buyers and the market has been strong for sellers too. The big factor are the historic low interest rates. I was just looking back at my holiday card from 2010 and I mentioned how low the rates were. I remarked they were under 5%. Now they are in the low 3% range and in some cases under 3%. Talk about a time to buy. Or if you love your home, refinancing is the way to go. How nice would it be to refinance and pocket that extra money or simply use that savings for home improvements, retirement or a college education. Just a great time all around to take advantage of those benefits.

As always during the holidays and new year it is important to remember what is really important - celebrating family, friends and home.  I want to say thank you for your support and friendship over the years. Your trust and confidence in my services is greatly appreciated. Not to mention, we had a lot of fun along the real estate journey. I treasure those laughs and smiles!
