From Kim Soper's notebook, the Monday Master Real Estate Tips Installment #2

Happy Monday & Welcome! It's Monday so let’s get right to the point, my 2 tips for the week:

1. Before you buy, you really need to make sure this is the right time to buy. Is your job stable or are you waiting on a job transfer. If things are not settled at work, this may not be the right time to buy.

2. Once you get things settled at work, ask yourself another question - is this the right time in my marriage or relationship to buy a home?  A home is a big time commitment, so make sure you are buying a home at the right time and with the right person. Buying or selling a home takes time and could be stressful. Save yourself both by working with a knowledgeable Realtor.
