Even the Family Dog has Packed Up & is Ready to Track Down a New Home!

Twenty 11 is in full swing and the Lexington KY real estate playing field has started off with home run. Granted, it has been very cold, but believe it or not, this winter seems much more active than winters of the past couple of years (both with home showings and snow). Now that it is February, we are starting to see even more individuals, families and apparently dogs in the market for the perfect home. Today, I have my plate full showing homes from dawn til dusk and as you can see even the family dog has packed up his food bowl and is ready to find a new "dog house."
