It sure has been a busy week in the Lexington KY real estate market. One of my tasks this week was preparing the 5 dream home building sites for the real estate market. We have 5 lots that are bank owned and will be hitting the market early this coming week for a fraction of the costs that others have paid for similar lots in the neighborhood. We have been hard at work researching these 1 acre and 5 acre lots, pulling plats and building restrictions.
